Who can order from Axiom?

Axiom supplies research compounds strictly to individuals and organisations operating within laboratory research environments. Orders are accepted on the basis that compounds are intended for in-vitro research purposes only. We reserve the right to decline orders where intended use appears inconsistent with this position.

What countries do you ship to?

We operate with a UK-based distribution model. Please contact us directly for information regarding international shipping availability and any applicable restrictions.

How are orders packaged?

All compounds are packaged to preserve structural integrity during storage and transit. Lyophilised materials are sealed appropriately, and where light stability requires it, amber or UV-protective glass vials are used. Packaging is discreet and professionally presented.

What is your returns policy?

Due to the nature of research compounds, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting documentation.

What purity levels do your compounds meet?

Our compounds are manufactured through structured peptide synthesis processes and undergo analytical verification prior to release. Verification may include HPLC purity profiling and mass spectrometry confirmation of molecular weight. Specific purity data is available on request for individual batches.

Are your compounds batch-traceable?

Yes. Every unit distributed by Axiom is traceable to a batch identifier, supporting structured inventory oversight and quality transparency.

How should compounds be stored?

Lyophilised peptides should be stored in a cool, dry environment away from direct light. Refrigeration at 2–8°C is recommended for short-term storage. For longer-term preservation, storage at −20°C is advised. Once reconstituted, compounds should be used promptly and stored according to standard laboratory protocols.

Do you provide certificates of analysis?

Certificates of analysis are available for our compounds. Please contact us with your order reference to request batch-specific documentation.

Are your compounds approved for human use?

No. All compounds supplied by Axiom are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes. They are not approved medicines and are not intended for human consumption, medical treatment, veterinary use, or diagnostic application.

Do you provide dosage or administration guidance?

No. Axiom does not provide medical guidance, dosage instruction, or outcome claims of any kind. All research applications are the sole responsibility of the qualified researcher or institution conducting the study.

Can I use your compounds in clinical trials?

Compounds supplied by Axiom are not manufactured under GMP conditions and are not suitable for use in human clinical trials. They are supplied exclusively for preclinical, in-vitro laboratory research.

How do I contact Axiom?

For all enquiries including orders, batch documentation, or wholesale partnerships, please use the contact form on our website or reach out via email. We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day.

Do you offer wholesale or trade pricing?

Yes. Axiom works with qualified research institutions and trade partners. Please visit our Wholesale & Trade Partnerships page or contact us directly to discuss your requirements.
